During my visit to the Costa Blanca, we took a drive around the lake at La Pedrera near San Miguel de Salinas.
The vivid green water contrasted against a blue sky was spectacular and matched only by the deep ochre sandstone cliffs at Aquamarina near Cabo Roig.
