If there was an award for annoying the nation Cowan & Co would win outright. Why are they targeting special needs children? Why are they targeting public transport? Why are they dipping their fingers in the empty purses of the general populace? Why do they say they must make tough and unpopular decisions whether the people like it or not and yet they are incapable of taking tough and unpopular decisions with regard to themselves, their banking cronies, their ineffectual senior civil servants and their speculator friends.
Fianna Fail elite, Banking elite, Business elite, Public Service elite; These people represent a section of society separate and elevated above Joe Public. Their children attend the same schools, their wives lunch in the same cafes and pamper themselves in the same spas; They are members of the same golf clubs, and they are part of the same 'old boy' private school network.
The elite will shelter and protect their own for as long as they can.
Its always been like that. Deal with it!
